TERMS & CONDITIONS

-Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to Casa Sillage.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Casa Sillage website, digital platforms, creative services, memberships, events, experiences, projects, and related services.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, engaging Casa Sillage for services, purchasing or activating a membership, registering for an event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. Casa Sillage is based in Mexico and may provide services, memberships, projects, collaborations, and experiences to individuals and organizations worldwide.

1. About Casa Sillage

Casa Sillage is a creative studio and curated global community operating through two principal areas:

Casa Sillage Studio, which provides creative direction, consulting, experience and event design, production, styling, and other creative services for brands and private clients.

The Club by Casa Sillage, a curated membership community connecting creative talent, professionals, collaborators, brands, projects, opportunities, and experiences across different locations.

The availability and scope of our services may vary by project, membership, location, and time.

2. Casa Sillage Studio

Casa Sillage Studio provides creative services on a project-by-project basis.

Services may include, among others, creative direction, brand and visual consultancy, experience and event design, event branding, editorial productions, private and branded events, event styling, artistic set design, production, talent coordination, and related creative services.

Specific scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, payment schedules, cancellation terms, intellectual property rights, third-party costs, and other project conditions may be established through a separate proposal, quotation, contract, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement.

Where a separate written agreement exists, its specific terms will prevail in relation to that project in the event of a conflict with these general Terms.

3. The Club

The Club is Casa Sillage's curated membership community of talent.

Membership is intended to create connections between members, creative talent, projects, opportunities, events, brands, and experiences.

Access to The Club may be subject to application, invitation, approval, availability, or other eligibility criteria established by Casa Sillage.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Casa Sillage reserves the right to approve or decline membership applications at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. Community Membership

Community Membership provides access to the digital Casa Sillage community and selected membership benefits.

Benefits may include:

  • Access to the member platform or directory.

  • Visibility of selected professional profiles, creative talent, collaborators, or providers.

  • Access to open calls, projects, collaborations, and professional opportunities.

  • The ability to apply for selected projects or opportunities.

  • Invitations or access to information regarding Casa Sillage events and experiences.

  • Access to selected member communications, news, editorial content, resources, or benefits.

  • Other Community benefits introduced from time to time.

Community Membership does not include complimentary admission to events unless expressly stated otherwise.

Receiving an invitation to an event does not necessarily include the cost of attendance. Tickets, reservations, travel, accommodation, food and beverage, or other associated costs may require separate payment.

5. Society Membership

Society Membership includes Community Membership benefits together with additional privileges designated for Society members.

Depending on the current membership offering, these may include complimentary access to certain selected Casa Sillage experiences, priority access, preferred rates, private opportunities, special invitations, or other Society benefits.

Only experiences specifically identified as included within Society Membership are complimentary.

Society Membership does not constitute unlimited admission to all Casa Sillage events or experiences.

Certain events, collaborations, private dinners, trips, partner experiences, limited-capacity gatherings, or third-party events may require additional payment even for Society members.

Benefits may vary by year, city, availability, capacity, partner participation, and programming.

6. Introductory Membership Period

Eligible new members may receive an introductory access period before their paid membership begins.

The duration and conditions of this introductory period will be disclosed when activating the membership.

A valid payment method may be required to activate introductory access.

No membership fee will be charged during the introductory period unless otherwise expressly disclosed.

At the end of the introductory period, the applicable paid membership will automatically begin and the payment method provided will be charged according to the membership price and billing frequency disclosed at registration.

The applicable first billing date and amount will be presented before membership activation.

Members may cancel automatic renewal before the first billing date to avoid being charged for the paid membership period.

7. Membership Fees & Annual Billing

Membership prices will be displayed before activation or purchase.

Casa Sillage may communicate membership pricing as a monthly equivalent while billing the membership annually. When this applies, the total annual amount to be charged will be clearly disclosed before purchase or activation.

For example, a membership advertised as a monthly equivalent may be charged as one annual payment rather than twelve monthly payments.

Taxes, currency conversion charges, payment processing costs, or other legally applicable charges may apply depending on the member's location and payment method.

8. Inaugural, Promotional or Special Rates

Casa Sillage may occasionally offer inaugural, introductory, early-member, promotional, partner, invitation-only, or other special membership rates.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, special rates are not guaranteed indefinitely.

Casa Sillage may change the membership price applicable to future renewal periods. Members will receive notice of any material price change before the new price is charged, as required by applicable law.

A member's status as an inaugural, early, or founding member does not automatically guarantee a permanent membership price unless expressly stated in writing.

9. Automatic Renewal

Paid memberships may automatically renew at the end of each membership period using the payment method associated with the member's account.

Before activating a membership subject to automatic renewal, the applicable billing frequency, amount, and renewal conditions will be disclosed.

Members may cancel future automatic renewal in accordance with the cancellation process available through their account or by contacting Casa Sillage.

Cancellation of automatic renewal prevents the next membership charge but does not ordinarily terminate access during a membership period that has already been paid.

10. Cancellation

Members may cancel future membership renewal at any time before the applicable renewal date.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancelling after an annual membership payment has been processed does not automatically entitle the member to a prorated refund for the remaining membership period.

The membership will generally remain active until the end of the paid period.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer protection rights available under applicable law.

11. Events & Experiences

Casa Sillage may organize or facilitate events, dinners, gatherings, cultural experiences, private celebrations, brand activations, workshops, travel-related experiences, and other programming.

Events may have separate terms, prices, eligibility requirements, age restrictions, capacity limits, cancellation policies, dress codes, schedules, or participation requirements.

Invitations and membership access are subject to availability.

An invitation does not guarantee admission where RSVP, reservation, payment, confirmation, capacity, or other requirements apply.

Casa Sillage may modify event schedules, venues, programming, participating talent, collaborators, or other event details when reasonably necessary.

12. Projects, Open Calls & Professional Opportunities

The Club may publish projects, collaborations, open calls, jobs, commissions, creative opportunities, or requests for talent.

Membership provides access to discover or apply for opportunities but does not guarantee selection, employment, engagement, compensation, or participation.

Selection may be made by Casa Sillage, a client, partner, collaborator, or another third party according to the requirements of each project.

Specific project terms, including scope, compensation, usage rights, deadlines, deliverables, expenses, and contractual relationships, will be communicated separately where applicable.

13. Member Directory

The Club may include a directory or profiles containing information voluntarily provided by members, creative professionals, suppliers, collaborators, or partners.

Members are responsible for ensuring that information submitted for their profiles is accurate and that they have the necessary rights to provide photographs, portfolios, trademarks, descriptions, or other materials.

Being listed in the directory does not constitute employment, representation, certification, endorsement, or a guarantee by Casa Sillage regarding the quality, availability, reliability, or suitability of any member or provider.

Members and clients remain responsible for evaluating any person or business before entering into an independent professional relationship.

14. Relationships Between Members

Connections made through The Club may lead to independent collaborations, transactions, employment relationships, bookings, or agreements between members and third parties.

Unless Casa Sillage is expressly identified as a contracting party, Casa Sillage is not a party to those independent agreements and is not responsible for their performance, payment, deliverables, conduct, disputes, or outcomes.

15. Member Conduct

Members are expected to engage with Casa Sillage and other members professionally and respectfully.

Members may not use The Club to engage in harassment, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, unauthorized solicitation, misuse of personal information, spam, intellectual property infringement, or conduct that threatens the safety or integrity of the community.

Casa Sillage may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where a member materially violates these Terms, applicable law, community standards, or the safety and integrity of The Club.

16. Membership Suspension or Termination

Casa Sillage may suspend or terminate membership where reasonably necessary due to material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, abusive conduct, safety concerns, non-payment, or unlawful activity.

Where appropriate and legally required, Casa Sillage may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Termination for serious misconduct or material breach may result in loss of membership benefits without refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Casa Sillage name, identity, logos, website design, written content, concepts, graphics, photographs, videos, event concepts, creative materials, editorial content, and other materials created or owned by Casa Sillage are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify, publish, or use Casa Sillage materials without authorization, except where expressly permitted.

Intellectual property ownership relating to individual Studio projects may be governed by separate project agreements.

18. Member-Submitted Content

By submitting content to Casa Sillage for a member profile, directory, project application, feature, or similar purpose, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that content.

Where necessary to operate The Club, you grant Casa Sillage a non-exclusive permission to display, reproduce, format, and communicate the submitted content for the purpose for which it was provided.

You retain ownership of your original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

19. Photography & Media at Events

Photography, video, or other media may be captured at Casa Sillage events and experiences.

Where applicable, attendees will be informed of event photography or recording practices. Use of identifiable images will be handled in accordance with applicable law, event notices, releases where required, and our Privacy Policy.

20. Third-Party Services

Casa Sillage may use third-party providers for payments, website hosting, member management, ticketing, communications, analytics, event production, reservations, or other services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Casa Sillage is not responsible for third-party platforms outside its reasonable control.

21. International Access

Casa Sillage is based in Mexico, but its website, memberships, services, projects, and community may be accessible internationally.

Users are responsible for complying with laws applicable to them in their country or jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer or privacy laws.

22. Disclaimer

Casa Sillage seeks to curate meaningful professional and creative connections but does not guarantee specific business results, employment, projects, collaborations, income, event availability, networking outcomes, or professional opportunities arising from membership.

Information provided through The Club is for community and informational purposes and should not be interpreted as professional legal, financial, or other regulated advice.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Casa Sillage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, membership platform, independent relationships between members, third-party services, or circumstances outside Casa Sillage's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

24. Changes to Memberships or Benefits

Casa Sillage may evolve The Club and its membership structure over time.

Features, benefits, programming, platforms, partners, events, and opportunities may be modified, replaced, added, or discontinued.

Material changes affecting paid membership will be communicated where appropriate or legally required.

Casa Sillage may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, memberships, operations, or legal requirements.

The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.

Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
